On the Washington side, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, U.S. National Security Advisor Michael Waltz and U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steven Whitkoff took part in the meeting. The delegations managed to agree on the establishment of negotiating groups on Ukraine.
