Parking lots in Moscow on February 23 will be free of charge

City parking lots in Moscow will be free on February 23, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.

"It is possible to leave a car without payment on all streets of the city, including parking lots at 380, 450 and 600 rubles per hour and in dynamic tariff zones," Sobyanin wrote in his Telegram.

At the same time parking lots with a barrier on this day will remain paid.

Earlier, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov reported that "in 2025 Muscovites will have 72 days of free parking, of which 22 days to leave a car without payment will be possible on all streets of the city". We are talking about the holiday periods from January 1 to 8, February 23, March 8, from May 1 to 3 and from 8 to 10, from June 12 to 14, November 3 and 4 and December 31. On 50 Sundays the capital's parking lots will become free on all streets, except for zones with tariffs of 380, 450 and 600 rubles per hour and with a dynamic tariff.
