Key congress and exhibition venues will be presented at EURASIA Expo

On February 21-24, 2025, the capital of Iran, Tehran, will host the EURASIA Expo International Exhibition, which annually brings together key manufacturers and suppliers from various industries. Roscongress Foundation will participate in the organization of the exhibition within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Foundation and the organizer of the exhibition - Pars Karen Company.

Alexei Valkov, Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation and Director of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, will speak at a meeting on the development of trade relations between Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union. A meeting with Mohammad Attabak, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and a number of talks with the heads of Iranian companies - potential participants of SPIEF-2025 - are also expected.

"Iran's participation in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and other major congress and exhibition events in Russia has become a good tradition. In recent years, we have held a number of bilateral events aimed at strengthening our ties. I am sure that in 2025 we will try to reach a new stage in the cooperation of Iranian companies with potential partners in Russia and the EAEU, presenting them with the broadest opportunities of the Roscongress Foundation's ecosystem," says Alexey Valkov, Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation and Director of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

In addition, the Roscongress Foundation will present its ecosystem to the participants of EURASIA Expo, including key forums and discussion platforms: St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF, June 18-21), St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF, May 19-21), Russian Energy Week (REN, October 15-17), Eastern Economic Forum (EEF, September 3-6), International Tourism Forum "Travel!" (June 10-15) and others.

Russia will be widely represented at the EURASIA Expo International Exhibition. Among the exhibiting companies: VTB Bank, Sberbank, Rosseti, Uralelectro, Element, Sirius Group, Rosgeologia, Axelot and Transit.

The attendance of EURASIA Expo will amount to 20 thousand participants from eight countries. The business program of the event will be attended by representatives of private and state structures of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. Sessions and specialized panel discussions are planned on various topics, including transport industry development, customs regulation, foreign exchange and banking, tourism, healthcare and oil and gas. In addition, there will be a session on "Economic Cooperation of Regional Unions such as Eurasia, BRICS and SCO".
