Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to visit China in August-September. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday, February 19.

He said that the event will be timed to coincide with the date of the victory over Japanese militarism. Lavrov also indicated that Moscow plans to develop its diplomacy with Beijing in 2025, including at the highest level.
