Russia has been conducting a special military operation to protect civilians in Donbas since February 24, 2022. It is noted that the units of the "West" group of forces improved tactical position, and the AFU losses amounted to up to 200 servicemen, the units of the "Center" group of forces improved the position on the front line, and units of the "Dnipro" troop group defeated the formations of two mechanized brigades, three brigades of the AFU coastal defense and a thero-defense brigade in the areas of Stepnogorsk, Kamenskoye in the Zaporizhia region, Tokarevka, Nikolskoye and Dniprovskoye in the Kherson region.

"The air defense means shot down a MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force, five guided Hammer aerial bombs made in France, two JDAM guided aerial bombs and four HIMARS multiple rocket launchers made in the United States, as well as 123 unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type," the Defense Ministry added.

Operational-tactical aviation, attack drones, missile troops and artillery of the Russian Armed Forces' groups of troops hit the infrastructure of military airfields, energy facilities that support the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, assembly shops for unmanned aerial vehicles, places of their storage and launch, as well as temporary deployment sites of foreign mercenaries, accumulations of enemy manpower and equipment in 148 areas.

A total of 654 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 43,895 unmanned aerial vehicles, 594 anti-aircraft missile systems, 21,519 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,518 multiple rocket launchers, 21,838 field artillery and mortars, 31,815 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation.
