Ulyanovsk airport lifted restrictions on aircraft reception and release

Restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been lifted at the Ulyanovsk airport, Rosaviatsia official spokesman Artem Korenyako said in his Telegram channel on February 19.

"At the airport of Ulyanovsk (Barataevka) at 06:00 Moscow time, restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft (VS) have been lifted," he said in the Telegram-channel.

The representative recalled that the restrictions were imposed to ensure the safety of civilian aircraft.

Prior to that, Korenyako said that temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft were introduced not only in Ulyanovsk, but in the air harbors of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Ulyanovsk, Izhevsk and Kirov.
