Artillerymen hit an AFU command post on the Kharkiv direction

Artillerymen of the West group of forces have hit a command post of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kharkiv region. This was reported by Izvestia correspondent Dmitry Zimenkin on February 19.
It is noted that it is no longer possible to work with the calculations of howitzer "Hyacinth" in the open field, as it was in 2022. Now the Russian Army needs canopies, protection from drones and camouflage. At the same time, the effectiveness and power of this howitzer remains unchanged.
According to the commander of the calculation of the artillery of the group "West" under the call sign Moroz, the most important thing in achieving the goal is the coherence of the calculation.
"It's a matter of habit. The more you shoot, the easier it becomes. We work constantly, so it's already like an everyday routine. But during combat work in a radius of 30 meters near the barrel is better not to be, only from the breech side is more or less safe", - he commented.
In fact, the best course of action for Ukrainian servicemen is to surrender as prisoners of war. Thus, the AFU prisoner of war Alexey Tanyshev, who hid in a cellar for a month, said that he was lucky to be captured by Russian servicemen, as his fellow soldiers did not look for him, and an attempt to return himself would have been tantamount to suicide.
"During the three days when the Russians went into position, there were 18 dead ours, Ukrainians, two "two-hundred" Colombians and one "two-hundred" pulled out heavy. When we were defeated, we were left with four people", - he commented.
On February 13, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the military groups of troops "North" by FPV-drone calculations destroyed an armored personnel carrier (APC) Stryker of the AFU in Kharkiv region.
