The expert told about the rules of competent search for a place of part-time work

On February 19, Anna Larionova, Marketing Director of Ventra Go! digital platform for flexible employment, told "Gazeta.Ru" how to choose the right part-time job.

The expert advised to make a realistic schedule and choose a convenient format that would not interfere with work and sleep.

"At the initial stage, decide what is more important to you - proximity to home, sedentary or active employment, less or more communication with people, unskilled labor or requiring special skills, shifts on weekdays or weekends," she said.

Larionova also advised to study all available information about the upcoming part-time job to avoid encountering a dubious company and fraud.

"When looking for a part-time job through flexible employment platforms, find out whether there is a guarantee of payment after the task is completed, how transparent is the system of withdrawal of funds and exit to the task," the expert recommended.

She also pointed out the importance of carefully studying the requirements for a part-time job and keeping free time for rest in the schedule.

"Most importantly, try not to take too many assignments from the very beginning. Start small, assess your strength - and then additional employment will be a support, not a source of stress," the expert concluded.

Earlier, January 26, in the results of a study of financial marketplace "Vyberu.ru" reported that more than 30% of surveyed Russians approved of the interest of schoolchildren in part-time work. At the same time, only 62% of respondents loyal to school part-time work admitted that they themselves bring up their children in this way.
