Senior Sailor Kondratyev shot down two Ukrainian FPV drones in the SSE zone

Sailor Anton Artemyev was serving at an observation post and noticed the movement of an armored vehicle and a pickup truck of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). On Wednesday, February 19, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on the exploits of servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces (AFU) in the zone of the special military operation (SMO).
Artemyev relayed information to the headquarters about the preparation of the attack and the coordinates of the transport's location, as the enemy vehicles were moving towards the Russian positions. Russian mortars opened fire on the enemy, while Artemyev continued to observe and corrected the direction of the strikes. As a result, the AFU's plans to attack the Russian positions were thwarted and the enemy equipment was eliminated along with the personnel.
The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the courage and bravery of Chief Sailor Denis Kondratyev, who was conducting surveillance at night and noticed the approach of Ukrainian fpv drones. Kondratyev promptly relayed information about the impending attack to his command and opened fire on the AFU drones. Two drones were shot down and detonated before reaching the Russian positions.
Earlier, on February 18, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Lieutenant Vladimir Makarov, together with his platoon, was carrying out the task of providing air support to units carrying out the task of storming an AFU stronghold.
