Russian Railways will reset personal loyalty cards of debauchees

Now debauchees will not only be removed from the train, but also deprived of points of the program "RZD Bonus". This is reported on February 18 on the website of the company "Russian Railways".

"Now for drinking alcoholic beverages on the way, hooliganism or other offenses from the personal account of the loyalty program participant will be written off the accumulated points in full," - said in a statement.

Since the beginning of 2025, more than 100 passengers have already lost points of the "RZD Bonus" program for drinking alcohol and hooliganism in trains.

Under the terms of the bonus program, participants receive one point for every 3.34 rubles of the ticket price, that is, bonuses return about 30% of the ticket price. With the help of the bonus program it is possible to pay for trips in compartment, SV, luxury, as well as in high-speed trains "Sapsan" and "Lastochka".
