Politico spoke about the EU's €6 billion aid package for Ukraine

The European Union (EU) is preparing a new aid package for Ukraine worth at least 6bn euros, the Politico newspaper reported on 18 February, citing European diplomats.
It is noted that the EU seeks to strengthen the position of the Kiev regime against the background of Russian-American negotiations on a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
"The package will include 1,500 artillery shells and air defense systems and will be one of the largest EU military aid packages since the beginning of the NWO," the article said.
According to the publication, the total value of this tranche may eventually exceed €10 billion after European countries assess their military stockpiles in more detail.
It is pointed out that EU members will be able to provide both equipment and money for the aid package, with the size of each state's financial contribution depending directly on its GDP.
"It is not yet known whether the whole EU will approve it (aid package to Ukraine. - Ed.), or whether the deal will be supported by a coalition of countries that want it. <...> Unanimous approval is unlikely given the opposition from Hungary," the material summarizes.
Earlier, on February 16, Bloomberg reported that Europe will not announce a new package of military aidbefore the parliamentary elections in Germany, which will be held on February 23.
On February 14, the Institute of World Economy (IfW) reported that over the past three years, the West has allocated aid to Ukraine in the amount of about €267 billion. It is specified that about €130 billion falls on military aid, €118 billion - on financial support, and the remaining €19 billion - on humanitarian aid.
