Novak reported a 30-40% drop in oil pumping at the CPC after the AFU attack

The decrease in oil pumping through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) system after the drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is more than 30 percent. This was reported by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 18.
"As a result of the inclusion of a backup pumping scheme, bypassing the Kropotkinskaya pumping station, in general we see a decrease in volume by about 30-40% in relation to the level that was before the drone attack," he said.
Work to restore the substation will take a long time, Novak specified.
