Over 1.2 million people visited the parks of the Moscow region in the past week. This is reported by the online edition "Podmoskovie Segodnya" with reference to the Ministry of Improvement.
The most popular recreational areas were on Friday, February 14. On this day parks were visited by more than 202 thousand people. The leaders in attendance were the park "Pekhorka" in Balashikha, Central Park in Pushkin district, Central Park in Korolev and park "Fabrichny" in Dedovsk.
In total, there are 209 parks and forest parks in the Moscow region. 40 outdoor skating rinks with artificial ice are available for visiting. In addition, 184 ski tracks have been equipped.
