Yaroslavl hockey fan must pay 500 thousand rubles for going on the ice during the final of the Gagarin Cup between the teams "Lokomotiv" and "Metallurg" in April 2024. About it on February 18 reported "RIA Novosti" with reference to the decision of the Kirovsky district court of Yaroslavl.

A spectator during the match climbed over the fence and ran out onto the ice.

Lokomotiv initially paid a fine of 500,000 rubles to the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), which was billed to the Arena-2000 stadium for the fan's antics. After that, the ice arena filed a lawsuit against the fan for damages. The court granted the claim and obliged the fan to pay the fine.

Earlier, on February 11, the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) fined the hockey club "Spartak" for the fact that its fans chanted insults against SKA at the match between the two teams, held on January 30. In addition, Spartak was issued a warning for its fans displaying offensive paraphernalia.
