US President Donald Trump's special envoy for Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, will be a member of the negotiating group for the settlement of the conflict. This was announced by Russian presidential aide for foreign policy Yuriy Ushakov in an interview with the 60 Minutes program on 18 February.

He added that Kellogg will deal with contacts with Kiev and Europe.
