The Russian and US delegations at their meeting in Riyadh have confirmed their common attitude towards the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on February 18.

"There was an exchange of views on the situation around Ukraine. Mutual attitude to the settlement of the conflict was confirmed. From the Russian side emphasized the need to eliminate its root causes," the Ministry said in a statement on its website.
