Sobyanin prolonged the program of preferential lending to industry

Moscow has decided to extend the program of preferential lending to industry. In 2025, the maximum loan amount will be increased from 3 to 5 billion rubles, and the term - from 3 to 5 years, said in his official Telegram channel the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.

Companies will be able to allocate funds for the acquisition of rights to the results of intellectual activity, purchase of new equipment, creation and reconstruction of industrial infrastructure, implementation of high-tech projects.

From July 2024 the program can also be used by investors developing sports infrastructure in the city. In order to receive a preferential rate, it is necessary to conclude a loan agreement and then apply to the Moscow Fund for Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship. After the application is approved, a contract is signed to compensate part of the cost of paying interest on the loan.

Since the launch of the program, more than 100 Moscow enterprises have received support.
