Among the surveyed Russians, 53% of Russians wish to learn how to manage finances competently, save or invest. This follows from the results of a study of the STARWIND brand of household appliances, which were presented to "Izvestia" on February 19. Experts found out what useful habits Russians would like to introduce in the first two months of 2025.

Half of the respondents planned to engage in sports, 48% - to regularly walk in the fresh air. Another 35% want to get rid of bad habits associated with alcohol, smoking and poor diet. The same number want to engage in self-education. One third of respondents (30%) promise themselves to be more conscious about the choice of environment. Only 3% do not plan to change anything in their lives.

At the same time, the majority of survey participants (62%) said that they try to change their lives because they realize that bad habits have a negative impact on their health and mood. 45% have personal experience of negative consequences of bad habits. For 30% of the respondents the doctors' recommendations became a decisive reason to change their life. At the same time, the opinion of close people is important for every fourth person: for 17% - it is friends and colleagues, and for 6% - the advice of bloggers.

One third of Russians (29%) chose a gradual approach to the introduction of habits: they do not promise themselves to completely change their lives, but move forward in small steps. Every fourth "starts a new life" from the new year, and every fifth plans such changes several times a year. Another 8% usually plan to "start from Monday". Only 5% of respondents have stopped giving themselves such attitudes because previous attempts were unsuccessful. And only 4% of Russians give themselves a global promise once in a lifetime.

Earlier, on January 19, it was reported that every second Russian respondent makes a financial plan for the year. This is stated in the results of a study of financial marketplace "Vyberu.ru". At the same time, 45% of respondents said that the top-level plan monthly expenses and income, reserving the right to adjust the strategy during the year.
