Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio have agreed at talks in Riyadh to appoint high-level negotiating teams to start work on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported by Reuters on February 18.

The US State Department specified that one meeting is not enough to resolve the conflict.
