A lemonade plant will be built in Primorye Territory

A plant for the production of lemonades and drinking water will be built in Primorsky Krai. It is planned that its capacity will be up to 2 mln liters per year. The project will be implemented by Aqua Prim, a company established in December 2024. The agreement was concluded with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the founder of Aqua Prim LLC is Aleksey Karnaukhov, CEO of Aqua Prim. He is also the director and co-owner of Nadezhdinskaya Production Company LLC and Oniks LLC.

The project to build the plant is being implemented within the preferential regime of the Free Port of Vladivostok. The company is its resident. The investor will invest 59 million rubles in the project. It is planned to create 38 jobs. The production activity should start in the first quarter of 2026, and the enterprise will reach its design capacity in 2027.

The products will be produced under the trademark "Made in the Far East SPV TOR", developed by KRDV.

The Agency recalls that in January, the State Duma of the Russian Federation passed in the first reading a bill that manufacturers of lemonades and other sweet drinks, classified as SMEs, can count on subsidies from the state, budget investments, state and municipal guarantees.

The explanatory note to the document states that SMEs - producers of lemonades and drinks made on the basis of drinking or mineral water with the addition of sugar, sugar syrup or honey - will receive state support.

At the moment, financial support is not provided to some SMEs, including those that produce or sell excisable goods. Sweet drinks are excisable goods.

Earlier, on February 18, it was reported that by March 5, the authorities will restart the program of preferential lending to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Companies from several industries - manufacturing, logistics, tourism, science and IT - will be able to rely on this mechanism.
