Russians revealed their plans to increase their income in 2025
Among the surveyed Russians, 48% of respondents plan to increase their income by the end of the year. This is stated in the results of the research of the financial marketplace "Vyberu.ru", which were read by "Izvestia" on February 19.
Respondents' strategies to achieve this goal vary. Thus, 16% of the study participants said that they plan to take part-time work, not related to their main job. At the same time, 11% noted that they want to agree with their bosses on extra-time work within the company for extra pay, and 9% will simply ask for a raise in connection with the expansion of the pool of responsibilities.
At the same time, 16% of respondents are going to open their own business and combine it with their main place of work, while 5% are thinking about leaving their employment for the sake of developing their own business and increasing their income.
In addition, 17% of Russians intend to improve their income through investments and deposits. Another 8% of respondents said they want to take a new approach to personal financial planning and improve their financial situation by reducing spending: among the most popular areas on which they plan to save money are online education (respondents plan to download educational courses rather than buy them), real estate (respondents are ready to start renting out their personal apartments, moving to cheaper housing) and cars (they plan to move to cheaper cars).
In addition, 5% of respondents plan to stop supporting children and other relatives, thus improving their financial situation.
Earlier, January 19, it was reported that every second Russian respondent makes a financial plan for the year. This is stated in the results of a study of financial marketplace "Vyberu.ru". At the same time, 45% of respondents said that the top-level plan monthly expenses and income, reserving the right to adjust the strategy during the year.
