The State Duma has proposed to make training in all working specialties free of charge and to provide guarantees of employment of graduates in their profession and specialty. This statement was made by the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin in his Telegram channel on February 18.

In addition, the need to develop a set of measures to form a balanced teaching and educational load on students, as well as the creation of a format of primary vocational education, which will ensure the training of qualified personnel.

It is also proposed to create favorable conditions for the work of teachers, including through proportionate documentation and training load, to raise the prestige of the profession of teacher, to consider solutions in the field of remuneration of employees in the field of education.

Prior to that, on February 11, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said at the government hour in the State Duma that the Russian government together with the tax service are working on the possibility of rewarding teachers for the success of their students. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, on the instructions of the President, a pilot program for a new model of remuneration is being tested for budgetary organizations, including teachers, and the main task here is to ensure fair and decent working conditions for teachers.
