Traffic on the Kavkaz highway in the Stavropol region was restricted due to bad weather

In the Stavropol region due to deteriorating weather conditions it was decided to limit the movement of all types of vehicles on the section from 243 to 290 kilometers of the federal highway "Kavkaz". This was reported by the State Automobile Inspectorate of the region in Telegram-channel on February 18.

"The reason for the imposed restriction was snow drifts, strong side winds and the impossibility of safe passage of vehicles," - reported in the department.

At the temporarily blocked areas are on duty employees of the traffic police.

Also in the traffic police advised drivers to choose an alternative route and use the highway "Stavropol-Alexandrovskoye-Mineralnye Vody".
