Musk urged Americans to write denunciations of NASA

American entrepreneur Ilon Musk's team at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) on February 17 asked citizens to denounce the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

"Please send the Department of Government Efficiency on this account information about waste elimination, fraud and abuse at NASA," the newly created DOGE page on the X network (formerly Twitter) informed.

On February 12, NBC News reported that U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order expanding Musk's authority within the framework of his activities at DOGE.

On February 8, it became known that New York and 18 other states sued the administration of the American president over the DOGE program, accusing him of unauthorized access to federal systems.
