The form of reporting may be simplified for NPOs. The Ministry of Justice together with other state agencies has developed amendments simplifying the submission of reports on work for non-commercial organizations. This was reported to "Izvestia" by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development.

The amendments were approved on Monday, February 17, by the government commission on legislative activity, the editorial board's sources in the Cabinet confirmed.

The bill provides for the establishment of an exclusively electronic method of submitting NPO reporting to the Ministry of Justice, clarifying the composition of information, establishing the obligation to submit reporting by all organizations, and posting reporting on the official website of the Ministry of Justice.

"In response to the sector's request to reduce the administrative burden, we worked together with the Ministry of Justice to eliminate the need for organizations to provide duplicate data in various reporting forms that are collected by federal executive authorities," the Ministry pointed out.

The reporting forms analyzed by the agency revealed duplication of information on 13 indicators, including receipts and expenditures of funds, number of employees, information on the activities of the organization and others.
