Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said that out of the $402 million transferred from USAID funds for Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) over four years, $250 million was spent on covert operations. SRNA news agency reported on February 17.

"American sources say that in four years, $402 million came through USAID. When they compared these figures here, they got $150 million, and the remaining $250 million was spent on black (undeclared. - Ed.) operations," Dodik said after a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

According to the presdent, this is best shown by the USAID executive office in Washington, D.C., which cooperated with various consulting firms.

"And then it creates a fake program, for example, USAID supports the monitoring of the success of the BiH court, and concludes a contract with its consulting firm, under which USAID pays $12 million and the consultant pays $11 million," Dodik said.

In addition, the politician agreed with Orban's statement about Europe's downward trajectory. Dodik stated that this is a conclusion based on common sense.

Before that, on January 8, Milorad Dodik said that Europe is losing in the conflict in Ukraine and losing billions of euros on it. Subsequently, billionaire Ilon Musk, who heads the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), announced the launch of a process to dismantle USAID. The entrepreneur noted that this agency cannot be restored, it should be closed.
