A nutritionist has named types of healthy breads


The doctor-dietitologist, gastroenterologist Alexandra Razarenova named on Monday, February 17, types of useful bread and listed their advantages.
"The most useful and valuable for the diet is whole-grain bread. It contains more fiber, vitamins, minerals compared to white bread. The peculiarity of whole-grain bread is that it is made from flour that retains the shell of the grain from the germ. This makes the bread more nutritious," the expert explained in a conversation with Radio 1.
She added that seeds or nuts would be a great addition to bread. The expert also suggested paying attention to bread made on sourdough, writes "Moscow 24".
"This bread is good for our digestion and minerals, and trace elements, and vitamins," - explained Razarenova.
The nutritionist added that the bread can be a combined version: both yeast and sourdough.

According to the specialist, yeast bread is cooked faster, which is convenient for manufacturers, but less useful.
