During the investigation into the murder of former Samara mayor Vasily Tarkhov and his wife Natalia, traces of blood belonging to the victims were found in their apartment. This was reported in the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia on February 17.
"It was possible to find traces of blood and particles of blood vessels belonging to the victims," - stated in the message of the Department in its Telegram-channel.
