Moscow court suspends operation of two Svetofor stores for 60 days

Butyrsky district court of Moscow has suspended the activities of two stores "Svetofor" in the North-Eastern Administrative District (NEAD) for 60 days. This was reported on February 17 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"LLC "TORGSERVICE 150" (store "Svetofor", located at the address: Moscow, Islimskaya street, 3G) was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 6.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation", - follows from the statement.

Earlier in the day Butyrsky district court elected the same measure in respect of the store "Svetofor", located at Yurlovsky proezd, 13.

It is reported that the two stores were given an administrative penalty in the form of administrative suspension of activities for 60 days.

February 12, Rospotrebnadzor revealed the presence of insects and rodents in the stores of "Svetofor" chain. In particular, four outlets did not have proper protection against the entry of rats, writes "Gazeta.ru".

February 6, it was reported that Rosselkhoznadzor revealed gross violations in the stores of the network "Svetofor" in the sale of livestock products. In particular, violations were found in the sale of dairy, meat and fish products. Among the main violations Rosselkhoznadzor revealed the lack of shipping documents and full labeling, some products were expired. In addition, there were violations of packaging, storage temperature and signs of defrosting.
