A resident of the district of Severnoe Butovo in Moscow shot from a signal gun from the window of a residential building in the direction of dog owners walking with their pets, reported the press service of the Moscow prosecutor's office on February 17.

It is specified that at the time of the incident, the 39-year-old resident of the house on Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard was in an inebriated state, and when he went to bed, he heard dogs barking from the street.

"The intruder first began to shine a laser pointer at the animals, and then took a signal gun and shot out of the window in the direction of people", - follows from the statement.

It is noted that the situation is under control of Zyuzinskaya inter-district prosecutor's office. The question of bringing the violator of public order to responsibility for hooliganism (Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) is being resolved.

Earlier, on January 3, a source of "Izvestia" reported that in St. Petersburg a man refused to pay for a cab ride and opened fire. The suspect was detained. He turned out to be a 54-year-old unemployed man. A traumatic pistol "Osa" was seized from him, for which he had a permit. It was noted that a criminal case was opened under part 1 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
