A court in Moscow has fined the leader of the band "Noga Svelo! Maxim Pokrovsky and blogger Ilya Varlamov (both recognized as foreign agents in the Russian Federation) for refusing to indicate their foreign agent status in social networks. This was reported in the Telegram-channel of the capital's courts on February 17.

Both were fined in the amount of Br45 thousand.

It is noted that Pokrovsky was first held responsible for the lack of foreign agent labeling.

On the same day, the court fined Leonid Gozman (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent) for violation of the law on foreign agents. The reason was the politician's texts in social networks with "deliberate distortion of information about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces in the Ukrainian town of Bucha".
