Moscow Arbitration Court arrested two cars and real estate of Blinovskaya
The Moscow Arbitration Court has seized Bentley and Lamborghini cars, as well as real estate belonging to blogger Elena Blinovskaya. The court ruling was published on February 17 in the court filing.
It is specified that the decision was issued on February 14.
"To take interim measures in the form of seizure of the following property belonging to IP Blinovskaya E.O., namely <...> car Bentley Continental <...> worth 23,010,000 rubles; car LAMBORGHINI URUS <...> worth 24,900,000 rubles", - stated in the document.
In addition, a land plot and a building located near Istra in the Moscow region, three premises in Moscow and a plot in Crimea were arrested. The state registration authorities were banned by the court from keeping records or registering rights to this property.
Earlier, on February 13, the prosecutor requested six years of colony for the blogger in the case of non-payment of taxes, money legalization and illegal turnover of means of payment. In addition, the prosecution asked to impose a fine of Br1.5 million on Blinovskaya and ban her from commercial activities for five years.
On the same day, the prosecutor's office reduced the claims against the blogger from Br918 million to Br587 million of additional tax. The amount was changed due to the fact that the additional amount was partially paid. The prosecution considers Blinovskaya's guilt in non-payment of taxes fully proven.
Blinovskaya was declared bankrupt on November 13, 2024, after which the court began the sale of her property. On December 16, the blogger filed an appeal against this decision.
In April 2023, the blogger was detained on suspicion of fraud for non-payment of taxes. For about a year she was under house arrest. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation completed the investigation against Blinovskaya on July 25. On August 30, 2024, the blogger partially pleaded guilty to tax evasion.
