"Avtodor" canceled the fine for a long drive along the M-11 and indexed tariffs

From February 17, the state company Avtodor canceled fines for staying more than two hours between the entry and exit points of the M-11 highway "Neva" with the total length of the route less than 50 km. The state company announced the abolition of fines for long travel along M-11 earlier this month in its Telegram channel.
The rule of the maximum tariff when staying more than two hours between points of entry and exit from the highway with the total length of the route less than 50 km was introduced to combat fraudsters who evade paying the toll. Now Avtodor has introduced an automatic fare recognition system to eliminate the use of fraudulent schemes, as well as getting conscientious motorists into a situation with the assignment of the maximum tariff on the sections from Solnechnogorsk to St. Petersburg.
The state company also announced that from February 17 it will carry out annual indexation of tariffs and subscriptions for travel on toll road sections. On average, the cost of 1 kilometer traveled on Avtodor's network of highways will increase within the limits of inflation "and, depending on the road, will remain well below the limits set by law," the company said.
"Travel from Moscow to Krasnodar on M-4 "Don" for the first category of vehicles from Monday to Thursday will increase by 360 rubles (up to 4610 rubles), on M-11 "Neva" from Solnechnogorsk to St. Petersburg by 320 rubles (up to 3550 rubles), and from Moscow to the first exit to Kazan on M-12 "Vostok" by 344 rubles (up to 4825 rubles)," - reported on the website of "Avtodor".
January 22, it was reported that the State Duma passed in the first reading of the government bill, which proposes to oblige operators of toll roads to notify drivers of the debt for the toll through the portal "Gosuservices". It is assumed that if the law is introduced, all operators of regional and private toll roads will be obliged to send data on debtors.
