"The court verdict Budykov, Tokar and Matyushin were sentenced to long-term imprisonment with serving in a strict regime colony", - stated in a message in Telegram.

They were sentenced under several articles: "Cruel treatment of civilians, use of means and methods in an armed conflict" (part 1 of article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), "Attempted murder committed by a group of persons" (part 3 of article 30, paragraphs "a", "f", "g" and "l" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as "Intentional destruction of other people's property" (part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

On February 7, the Supreme Court of the DNR sentenced in absentia to 14 years in a strict regime colony citizen of Georgia Gvantsa Gelashvili, who joined the Georgian National Legion and participated in combat operations against the Russian Armed Forces as part of a motorized and volunteer reconnaissance unit.
