The next stage of the complex restoration of the Valuevo estate in Moscow has been completed, i.e. the emergency work in the 19th century water tower. Now it will be restored, the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin said in his official Telegram-channel.

The estate is also working on the preservation of the main gate with sculptures. In total, 10 objects of cultural heritage will be restored on the territory of Valuevo. For most of them now continues to design.

In addition, specialists have already repaired the facades of the profitable house of P.V. Loskov - one of the main decorations of Mansurovsky Lane. The three-storey building was built in 1906 in a rare for Moscow Northern Art Nouveau style and stylized as a small medieval castle. Here the plaster was cleaned and the brickwork and decoration of the first floor were tidied up. Decorative elements, porch and bay window were restored, and architectural lighting was installed.
