Ka-52M helicopter crew destroys AFU firing points in the Kursk border area


A Ka-52M helicopter has destroyed firing points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of Kursk Region. The Russian Defense Ministry published footage of the work of the army aviation crew on February 17.
According to the ministry, the crew carried out a mission to support the ground group of troops in the Kursk border area, launching a missile strike against armored, vehicle and personnel of the enemy hidden in the wooded area.
It is reported that according to the scouts' report, the targets were destroyed. After the crew of the attack helicopter returned safely to the departure airfield.
On February 15, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the crew of the army aviation on the Mi-28NM helicopter as part of a mixed tactical group carried out a strike with air missiles on the personnel and armored vehicles of the AFU in the border area of Kursk region. After the strike, the crews performed anti-missile maneuvering with the firing of heat traps.
