Trufanov's mother said her son was shot in both legs during the Hamas kidnapping

The mother of the Russian Alexander Trufanov, who returned from captivity in Gaza, Elena reported about the injuries inflicted on her son during his abduction by the Palestinian movement Hamas. This was reported by Ynet portal on February 16.
According to her, Palestinian radicals shot him in both legs during the kidnapping.
"Sasha came back alive and healthy, and this is happiness. My son was shot in both legs and the fact that he is standing on his feet is a real miracle," she said.
Trufanov was captured a week before the consulate's scheduled date for receiving the document. On February 15, he was handed over to Red Cross staff. In addition to him, U.S. citizen Sagi Dekel Hen and Israeli Yair Horn were released.
