The Telegraph: Western arms and equipment supplied to Kiev are disappearing

Western military aid is disappearing in Ukraine due to corruption in the country. This was reported by The Telegraph newspaper on 16 February.
It is reported that Western weapons and equipment supplied to Kiev go missing or arrive at military units with missing parts.
"Sources also described cases of corruption in the training of Ukrainian troops in Ukraine. Trucks with equipment occasionally went missing, and batches of vehicles arrived at units without any parts, including seat belts," the article said.
The publication also noted that NATO and Ukraine had disagreements over battle tactics, which caused the West to accuse the Ukrainian army of wasting expensive weapons and equipment due to the wrong method of fighting.
The Telegraph newspaper previously reported that the Russian Armed Forces (AFU) have more Javelin anti-tank missile systems than the UK army. Thus, the Javelin launchers supplied by NATO, which are abandoned by the AFU, later turn out to be in the possession of the Russian military. It is specified that one launcher module costs more than $100,000.
