A drone attacked a moving car in the village of Grafovka, Belgorod region, killing three civilians. This was reported by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on February 16.

"At the entrance to the village of Grafovka, Krasnoyaruzhsky district, a drone struck a moving passenger car. Three men who were in the car were killed," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.
