In the town of Lavrio in East Attica (Greece), workers blocked the passage for 18 trucks that were transporting 350 tons of TNT to the EAS (Hellenic Defense Systems) plant for Ukraine. This was stated by the information website of the Communist Party of Greece 902.gr on February 16.

"The Lavrio-Eastern Attica Workers' Center staged a blockade at Lavrio port, stopping 18 vans that were transporting 350 tons of explosive TNT to the EAS plant in Lavrio," the report reads.

Representatives of the center claim that the vans with explosive material were able to pass through the city without any protection and security measures, endangering the lives of local residents.

According to the portal, the explosive was intended to be stored in an open warehouse of the factory to produce 155 mm caliber shells, which are sent to Ukraine as part of support for the regime of the country's President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Earlier, last November, 902.gr reported that in the town of Tirnavos, communists blocked a convoy of trucks that were transporting ammunition for Ukraine. It was specified that the protesters chanted the slogan: "No participation in military missions outside Greece!" and also left inscriptions on the vehicles calling on NATO to "go home".
