In Germany, Zelensky's speech at a conference in Munich was called a "cry for help"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy 's speech at the Munich Security Conference was a "cry for help," ZDF TV correspondent Ulf Röller said on February 16.
"Zelensky's performance was a cry for help, almost a scream," he noted.
The journalist specified that US President Donald Trump's proposal for talks on the Ukrainian conflict with Russian President Vladimir Putin caused a wave of discussion and concern in Kiev.
In addition, the lack of security guarantee for Ukraine in the economic agreement between Kiev and Washington prompted Zelensky to feel frustrated and cry for help, Röller added.
According to the journalist, the Ukrainian leader feels that the United States is "throwing Ukraine to its fate."
Zelensky said in an interview with NBC News on Feb. 15 that Ukraine has little chance of survival if Washington refuses to fund Kiev. He also described his concern that the country would become vulnerable without American aid. According to him, Ukraine will not have enough of its own resources to fight.
