Finnish President Alexander Stubb has said that the USA has sent questionnaires to European countries on providing security guarantees to Ukraine. This was reported by Reuters on February 15.

"The Americans have provided Europeans with a questionnaire on what would be possible," Stubb said.

The U.S. questionnaire reportedly included six items, including Europe's ability to organize future troop deliveries and specifying the number of troops.

Politico newspaper wrote on February 12 that Washington's allies in Europe are changing their approach to supporting Kiev in line with the U.S. president's stance, which expresses a mood for negotiations with Moscow. French politician and leader of the Patriots party Florian Philippot said on 7 February that Europe should stop supplying military and financial aid to Ukraine because further support could turn against it.
