Foreign Ministers of the European Union (EU) will hold an emergency meeting in Munich on February 16. This was reported on February 15 in the press service of the Greek Foreign Ministry.

"Tomorrow, Sunday, February 16, at 8:30 a.m. Foreign Minister (of Greece) Georgios Gerapetritis will take part in an extraordinary meeting of foreign ministers of the European Union member states," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that the meeting will be held in the framework of the Munich Security Conference. Information on what topics will be raised during the talks was not announced.

The US presidential special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said on the same day on the sidelines of the Munich conference that Europe might not be physically present at the table of peace talks on the Ukrainian conflict, but its interests would be taken into account.
