UAV strike teams destroyed AFU equipment in the Kursk border area

Calculations of strike drones of the 40th separate Guards Marine Brigade as part of the "North" group of troops have eliminated armored and automotive equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of Kursk Region. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on February 16.
In the course of destroying the enemy, the brigade's servicemen use various combat unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on a daily basis. The soldiers have a whole line of attack drones, including those operating on the basis of fiber-optic communication.
These drones provide operators with real-time information to ensure accurate strikes. They are also immune to electronic warfare (EW) due to the lack of possible channels for suppression. Fiber-optic drones are typically used to destroy infantry and equipment on the battle line and in close quarters.
"We repelled, burned a lot of equipment. I personally burned a tank on fiber optics. He was walking along the road, he was tracked down. Raised the fiber optic into the sky. He tried to loop, but I caught up with him and hit him right in the engine," - shared the operator of the drone with the call sign Zhuk.
On the eve of the calculations of drones aircraft type "Molniya-2" of the 40th separate Guards Marine Brigade destroyed military facilities, armored and automotive equipment of the AFU in the Kursk border area. The Defense Ministry specified that the Molniya-2 UAVs fly much farther than conventional FPV drones and are also capable of carrying up to 6 kilograms of explosives.
