Ka-52M helicopter crew strikes AFU equipment in the Kursk Region border area


The crew of a Ka-52M helicopter has launched a missile strike on personnel and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of Kursk Region. The Defense Ministry published footage of the combat work of the Russian Armed Forces' servicemen on February 16.
The helicopter crew performed a task to support the ground group of troops in the border area of Kursk Region. The Russian Armed Space Forces (VKS) launched a missile strike on armored vehicles and personnel of the AFU hidden in a wooded area.
According to the intelligence report, the AFU personnel and military equipment were destroyed. The crew of the attack helicopter returned safely to the airfield.
Army aviation in the course of the special military operation performs the tasks of escorting convoys, destroying armored vehicles, delivery of troops, military cargo, air support of units performing tasks within the framework of the special operation.
On February 13, the Defense Ministry reported that the crew of the Mi-28NM helicopter disrupted the rotation of AFU fighters in the Kursk border area. The ministry specified that the crew was carrying out a combat mission to support ground units of Russian servicemen.
