Kellogg shared U.S. expectations from Russian Federation at talks

The US president's special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said on 15 February that the United States allegedly expects Russia to make "territorial concessions" in the negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.
"In my opinion, there should be such things as territorial concessions," the special envoy said during his speech at the Munich Security Conference.
He specified that the United States also expects Russia to promise not to use force.
On 12 February, the Kremlin's official representative, Dmitriy Peskov, said that the exchange of territories between Russia and Ukraine, which was proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, whose powers expired on 20 May 2024, was impossible. A day earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, commenting on Zelensky's words, said that the Ukrainian president was talking about a possible exchange of territories with Russia to settle the conflict in order to hide the seriousness of the disaster that befell the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU).
