Kellogg assessed the possibility of including the EU in Ukraine talks

Europe may not be physically present at the peace talks table, but its interests will be taken into account. This opinion was shared on February 15 by Keith Kellogg, the US President's special envoy for Ukraine, on the margins of the Munich conference, CNBC reported.
"We do not want to enter into discussions with a large number of participants," he said and noted that in case Europe is not at the negotiating table, its interests will be taken into account.
At the same time, Kellogg noted that Washington is not yet ready to name demands for security guarantees to Kiev as part of the conflict settlement talks.
"Right now the answer is no," he said regarding the readiness to outline the requirements.
Also on the margins of the conference, US Vice President J.D. Vance confirmed to Izvestia on February 14 his readiness to come to Russia for talks on Ukraine.
