Sobyanin announced the construction of a neighborhood for the purposes of renovation in Moscow

In Moscow the planning project of a part of the industrial zone "Hapilovka" in the east of the capital has been approved - a modern residential quarter for the purposes of the Renovation Program will be erected there in place of obsolete industrial, communal and warehouse facilities. This was announced by the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin.

"Planned works on engineering and landscaping of the territory, as well as the development of the street and road network," - wrote the mayor in his Telegram-channel.

As Sobyanin noted, almost 200 workplaces will be created during the project implementation. Its main part is implemented within the framework of the program of integrated development of territories (CDT).

In October last year Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Policy and Construction, said that more than 230 hectares of land plots will be reorganized under the CRT program in the capital. From July to September 2024, seven draft decisions on their development and transformation appeared. The largest of them was the project of reorganization of three plots of the former industrial zone "Magistralnye Streets" with a total area of over 73 ha.
