The amount of pension payments can be easily found out at the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) or MFC. Ivan Solovyov, an honored lawyer of Russia, told the Prime agency on February 15.

Individual personal account (IPA) contains data on insurance record, salary, insurance contributions paid by the employer, and pension coefficients.

If the study of an extract from the ILS will not find all periods of labor activity, then it will be necessary to send documents confirming official employment in the missed period, through the Social Fund, "Gosusgoservices" or MFC. Also with this it is necessary to apply for recalculation of the pension in the direction of increase.

The lawyer noted that Russian pensioners often face technical failures in the work of the SFR, due to which part of the data is lost. Therefore, it is worthwhile to periodically order the state of your pension account and request statements.

"The maximum size of the pension is not limited by anything. Everything depends on many factors. However, citizens who have worked for a long time, including after receiving the right to a pension, and as a result have a long service record combined with labor remuneration above average, can count on a high pension," Solovyev concluded.

Lawyer Polina Gusyatnikova said on February 13 that the presence of a bank deposit can deprive pensioners of the opportunity to qualify for benefits for payment of housing and communal services (HCS).She reminded that the principle of income accounting is applied in the calculation of a large number of social benefits and payments. Not only pensions are taken into account, but also interest on bank deposits.
