Alexander's chatbot answered 25,000 passenger questions with AI in a month

Chat-bot of Moscow transportation Alexandra for a month answered more than 25 thousand questions of passengers with the help of artificial intelligence. This was reported by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for transportation and industry.

According to him, neural networks help the bot to tell the citizens interesting facts about the subway, to find the necessary information about navigation, advertising and other passenger services, to answer questions about the work of carsharing and cabs, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

The technology is currently working in the Moscow Metro app and in the Telegram messenger. By the end of the year AI is planned to connect to all chatbot platforms. Today it receives every fourth appeal related to the work of urban transportation. Chat-bot answers users' questions in 24/7 mode, clarifies the site kp.ru.

Chat-bot launched in 2023 in the application "Moscow transport", recalls 360.ru.

In June 2024, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the capital's Department of Information Technology has developed 10 chatbots that answer questions from Moscow residents and remove some of the burden from the contact center operators.
